what shall i do now?how'll she say yes.

hi everybody.I'm in love with this girl for five years but never had the courage to tell her.She is a great frnd of mine too.Well,finally 3 days ago i told her how i felt about her and asked her about her answer.She said that she is a bit of old faishoned and doesn't want to get in any kind of relationship and all such decisions are of her parents.But bshe did say that she thinks that i'm agood guy and she will think bout me.I want to know if there is any way by which she could say yes.I really love her a lot.
(she and myself live in different cities and only talk on cell.)
