Doing bad in high school so far, am I screwed?

I'm a junior right now, and its only second quarter. First quarter (beginning of the year) I did terrible, F's in all but 2 or 3 (out of 6) classes.
Sophomore year, I did pretty good the first half, but I hung out with the wrong people and did bad the second half, especially towards the end. I'm just recently no longer friends with those people.
And Freshman year... I got a 1.8 GPA at the end of the year.
Despite it, I have all my credits.

I do want to be successful and have a good life in the future. I've always been a good student, but when I came to high school I kind of lost sight of what I wanted to do and now am doing really bad, but I am starting to re-gain it. I just can't help but think I kind of screwed myself for the future because I've done so bad so far.

Not at all! You can still save this situation. Just apply yourself going forward. Set up individual appointments with each teacher whose class you made an F in first quarter. Get advice about what you need to do to improve. Are you not doing homework? Do it. Is there extra credit available? Do it. Are you making sure you're working hard enough to learn material before tests? Study. Do you need tutoring? Get it. Also, it's possible that you got behind since you weren't applying yourself your Freshman and Sophomore years - many subjects such as foreign languages, math, and to a point, english, are cumulative. If you have holes in your education, it's hard to get caught up. You need to fill them.

So work hard on getting control of your study habits during the rest of your Junior and Senior year. Your best option coming out of HS may be a community college, but everyone starts with a clean slate coming into college. So you can wipe the slate clean, keep good grades in community college, transfer to a 4-year college, and still wind up in the same place. You are not screwed by any means. You just have a lot of work ahead, but we all do!!

You CAN be successful in the future.
Life is not all about what you made in high school and college.

In fact some of the most well known people dropped out of college it is the skills that you have that will take you as far as you want.
