How can i get another family to adopt me without the consent of my Parents

I Am a 15 year old Girl, Who is unhappy with where i Live. I have the opportunity to move in with a loving and caring family who can provide for me. My Grandma (my legal gaurdian) will not sign the papers. How can i go about this situation?
