I need help with this problem I had at school and my boyfriend A.S.A.P

Ok so heres the thing first heres the school problem i need help with then i have my boyfriend problem
School Problem:
Ok so I'm 13 my friend thats a girl shes 13 too shes spreading a rumor that I like this boy at school hes also 13 and he liked me i think he still does we like text and stuff sometimes but its getting out of my hand i cant take this anymore the teacher gave us seating arrangements so she sits on my left side and he sits on my right side the hole time we were in class she keeps pointing at me then pointing at him saying you like him!(but he wasn't looking when she did it) then she picked up a piece of my paper and rote my first and last name wrong and put a big X at my last name then the teacher heard and asked what was wrong then i said loudly "Shes spelling my name wrong and she put an X on it" then the teacher said "Please stop it to her" then she kept acting bad in class then she grabbed another piece of my paper and wrote this "You like him "YES" so she said circle "yes" which i did then she crumbled up the paper and threw it in the trashcan then i was about to tell the teacher something about her because she was getting on my last nerves then she said this "Oh I've been to her house many of times and you haven't seen her"! "She acts bad" then i laughed and said "Stop" to her she still didn't stop so then when i was about to tell on her she grabbed my neck and said no "I am going to give you a big kissy"! and she didn't but she did grab my neck and say "You need a hug come here"! and everyone was starring it was a horrible mess but finally the teacher said "Stop it" then someone said "She doesn't like it please stop" then the boy that i like started just laughing at all of us then when it was time for lunch some girl came up to me and said "Hi! i need to ask you something" so then I just said "Yeah" then she and me sat down then she said "Do you like him?(then his name___) then i said yeah kinda don't tell anyone" then she just ran off and word got out by the first girl telling everyone but i do like him and i think he still likes me! but you know i need my personal life and my school life so that secret got out what should i do to stop it? also the first girl made me laugh and kind of blush a little

at one point i even had to tell her "Shut up" then i said "No" when she was about to raise her hand because I thought she was going to tell everyone else this
.alright i forgot to put the first girl said before he even sat down she whispered this into my ear "Eww look who you have to sit by" "You have to sit by him" then i said "Its fine" "Its okay" but she still did all this garbage to me
i cant really do anything bad because it is a Christian school
for a few minutes she kept on saying "You like him"
Now here is my boyfriend problem
Boyfriend Problem:

Hi my boyfriend broke up with me in September(2009) he said my name I'll just call myself Cindy because i hate giving my real name out before he used to always tell me i love you before he went to bed at night then one night this happened
Him:G2g bed
Me:Good Nite I love you
Him:Cindy?
Me:Yea?
Him:I think we should just be friends
Me:Ok
Him:Good nite
Me:K good nite
Yet I am still very heartbroken I still cry alot because I wanted him ;( p.s. once he said Will you go out with me when I get rid of my girlfriend I wanted to get rid of for a long time? then I said Yea I'll go out with you
by the way this is by texting because we talk by texting now he is just visiting/staying at my school until Christmas break and we haven't said anything to each other what should i do? by the way we are both middleschool aged i am not too sure if he has a girlfriend now and before all of this happened like in early August(2009) he had his facebook relationship status to "In a relationship now from September(2009) he has it as "Single" what should I do to get asked out by him again? because i don't wanna ask if he has a girlfriend I pray every night to God that he asks me out again but nothing has happened yet what should i do? i mean he hasn't said a word to me at school yet

and since that day he asked me to go out with him he hasn't ever spoken of it since we are both 13 and we didn't even get to go out yet ;(

by the way he's in 7th i'm in 8th
how can i get him back?
and sometimes he's in my class(he takes one of mine to) he stares and once he smiled at me whats that mean? he wants me back or something? and i always have to text him first now;( i want him to text me first for now on but i don't wanna tell him that! what should i do? and please don't be mean i'm really sad about this right now
What did he like in me before? boys are confusing has this ever happened to any other girls?
