Nickname for a friend, help, pretty please?

hi everyone! I've got a friend, dustin, he's 28 and I'd like to give him a nickname. i mean, i know i could use honey and so on, but the first thing i learned about him is that he's very polite and considerate, as well as intelligent. it would be great if i could find sth nice and funny that compliments his character. thanks a lot!
by the way he calls me dear, pretty one, beautiful, so i don't want to use those!
