What should I do about him?
He's my best friend, and I've kind of liked him much more than that for more than two years, I've known him almost three years. We used to be so amazing, and he used to always want to hang around with me and make me laugh and ask me if I was ok and cheer me up when I was sad or seemed that way.
But these days he insults me as "jokes" I, being a coward to getting on his wrong side, laugh along. When we're alone we don't talk, I'm the only one that finds it awkward. And at a youth club we both go to he hangs out and shows off in front of all these cooler guys and prettier girls. I'm either too scared to go up and talk to him incase he makes fun of me or he just ignores me, but all in all, he doesn't know me there, and I don't think he wants to.
But when we get to school he acts normal again, makes me laugh, insults me meaning/without meaning to, no conversation when alone. It sucks. We're just not the same. I don't know if it's just paranoia I just don't think he likes me as a friend any more and I'd rather never be his girlfriend than lose him as a friend altogether but I don't know if I have much choice now. So what should I do? Tell him how I feel? Ask him if he still wants to be friends? Ignore him and wait and see if he wants to talk to me? Continue just being a school friend? Chuck him as a friend entirely? Any other suggestions?

Submitted by moi on October 17, 2009 - 2:35am.Yes, I agree too..
you must talk to him, and when he starts the denial don't go back but say:"i know you better than that, and don't try to tell me that am imagining you changed coz am not!"
say it in the nicest way you can, but be serious too, he must knows that you ask coz you care
I wish you luck.
