And how do I learn how to chase up complaints as well - As people have been disrespecting me where I work and in my life I have had people have a right go at me and it's jus not right at aIl - as I deserve "BETTER'!!! need to follow through with my complaints and start coming Straight out with stuff as well!!! I know that sometimes it's just not worth it and better to leave it but still!!!

I'm not just merely nothing, "I" "AM" "SOMETHING" = always have been, always will be - I Do Count, as my "RIGHTS" matter just like everyone else's - I am a Nice person and will always be one but still Fully count as I haven't given up on life yet and won't ever give up on Living Life!!! As I need to stand by my ideals and artistic beliefs all the way!!!

Submitted by Adren on April 10, 2010 - 5:49pm.you must not only be strong-willed in your mind but in your actions as well.. when you speak, speak with conviction.. have a commanding voice.. demand respect in your actions.. ignore those who are ignorant unless you wish to follow through with a confrontation.. learn to be confident.. pretend that you are the most confident person in the world and soon enough you will believe it and you will become more confident, not arrogant.. speak loudly and always look up straight and walk straight (posture is a strong indicator of confidence as well as your voice).. speak slowly, but loudly.. make them wait for you to finish your sentence.. when you speak to someone look into their eyes (this calls for their attuned attention).. start working out, it too will give you confidence.. good luck.
