HELP PLEASE

my best friend has moved away and I hardly get to see her but we text alot. my friend also texts one of my guy friend and my guy friend told me that my best friend was talking about me with horrible things saying that I was sleeping around and that im pregnant which im not and it pisses me off!!! I believe my friend but im begging to doubt it because The boys Wont leave me alone about being pregnant and they say they have texts to prove it But Im not sure who to believe What Shold I do?
