I want my belly button pierced...but I have an out belly button...

I'm 14 and my parents said I could get my belly button pierced. They are not bad parents, they are just more layed back than others... Anyway I have an out belly button but I want it pierced so bad! Are there any rings or anything that would cover it and look ok? Thanks.
