What's wrong with my back?
My back is constantly incredibly uncomfortable. It either has a horrible stinging pain in the upper portion, or it feels kind of achy-like in the middle portion. Most of the time it's both. It feels like I need to pop it... It's so hard to explain, but it is reallyyy bothering me. And I can't go to a doctor, because whenever I tell my parents about it they don't care. :P They say that I hurt it from my extremely heavy backpack and to just shrug it off and it'll get better. It has only gotten worse!! Please help!! Anyway that I might be able to stretch it? Something and anything! :)

do a few stretching
Submitted by Adren on October 13, 2009 - 8:08pm.do a few stretching exercises.. you may have a pinched nerve and need to get it massaged.. when you sleep do so on your side coz it keeps your back lined and there's not so much pressure on it as supposed to lying on your back or stomach.. try lying down flat on the floor and stretching out on your back.. it helps me.. touch your toes while your standing and/or touch the opposite toes with the opposite hands going criss-cross a few times.. hope you feel better.. oh and how about some aspirin or something.. ask your school nurse about it too, that's why they are there.. they'll probably give you a heating pad, which works too or some balm.
