Anything to help me loose weight?

the normal weight for my age is 120 pounds
i'm 125 and i'm a short for my age, so i'm really hoping to loose 15 pounds in lets say, 3 months tops.
is there any way to eat you can suggest, any special work out that can really help? and something that can keep me motivated,
i know that it's burn more calories then you eat, but it's kinda hard, to just set a routine for me, so anything i can try that isn't just running because i can do it but after a while it gets boring, so i'd like other thing i could use to, thanks so much sorry if this is confusing.

before every meal drink one cup fp water that way you are ready to eat the portion isn't that big

Also eat about 5 meals a day
the three regular
-breakfeast
-lunch
-dinner
and then during the day some health snacks

Don't go on a carbs diet and don't try any weight loss programs unless your doctor suggests it. You are only 5 lbs overweight. If you really want to lose weight excercise and eat healthy. Carbs diets suck.

eat max proteins.....min carbs....or fat....eat proteins....
