if he has a girlfriend then he is off limits.. all you can do now is wait idly and hope that they break up soon and then you gotta wait some more before you make a move.. you shouldn't be his friend if you have feelings for him.. ultimately you'll just have to forget him, get over him and move on.. it's easier said than done but it must be done in the long run.. there will be others you will like and they won't all be available to you.. that's just the way life goes.. the sooner you can accept this the better off you'll be and the easier it'll be to move on.. good luck.
