Quoteshow can i tell my family and friends?
since i have a boyfriend and sometimes i love him and most of the time i wanna leave him ....but the point is im into girls to but he dosent kno i keep it to my self i recently just turned bi so i never really had a relationship with a girl....but my sister is but idk how to tell her or my mom or grandma...my dad jokes about it so i cant take him seriously....i dont really have friends cause i cant trust no one after what happened...i do got to an all girl skool...but i cant stand them ..... how can i tell my family ?

Submitted by Tasonoff on April 12, 2010 - 7:55am.Is there an undying urge to tell them? Sexual preferences should be a private issue and need not be some grandiose display. Did you have to announce to the world you were straight? No, I don't think so.
For instance, did Anna Paquin need to tell the world she was bisexual? Probably not. But she did it for a cause (a service announcement for True Colors fund). Now unless you are doing this for some social rights movement or have that need to vindicate yourself to people, then go ahead. If not, then it is no one's business.
