How do I learn how to speak?

up complain and make complaints with dignity, integrity and respect? As I want to be able to speak my mind being honest with things!!! To just spit it out, I'm a nice quiet polite guy with a quiet way about me and just mind my own business and just look to get on with every1 but sometimes need to say more and defend my position Fully!!! As I need to just start coming out with stuff, and speaking up to so called friends trying to tell me how to act and be who are selfish and self involved to say the least!!! I don't talk much but that's just me - just the way I am!!! People going on like they're better than me cos of what they've had and currently have and it's just not right as I'm worth just as much as them as a human being!!! People always trying to tell me how to talk and how to be - they're straight with me so I can be straight with them!!!
As if I've got something to say I wanna be able to say it - as it's Just ME Against the World and I need to hold my posiTion and stick to my guns!!! I know it's in me I've just gottA get it out me and say what I've got to say as I must stand up for something!!! I'm raging against the hypocritical machine!!!
I mean I don't wanna all of a sudden become argumentative as I like to get on with people!!! But just need to say more is all - As I deserve to have my say like every1 else, and to defend my position if need be!!! As I need to start saying what I want and want to do a lot more - just get right to the point on things!!! I wanna be able to disagree with things like I used to so think I need to revert a little!!! I need to say more when it counts!!!
I know that it's only worth it sometimes and that sometimes it's just not worth it but Martin Luther King Jnr, Nelson Mandela and Malcolm X spoke up for themselves so I have to as well, as they influence me on how to live my life!!! I've just gotta figure out when it's worth speaking up and when to just leave it - to choose my battles wisely!!! People left, right and centre tryin to estimate my worth, but what do they know - they know NOTHING!!!! I'm quite quiet - just a humble sort of a person, and if people don't like that than don't talk to me and stay the hell away from Me cos I like me = My Personality will do - I'm PROUD To Be Me!!! I know too much anger is a bad thing cos it can lead to a breakdown but still - I gotta take care of myself!!!
People treat me like I'm a victim but I'm not, as I'm that little bit of Hope when my back's against the ropes - when you think I'[m going down I'll come out swinging and it's now time for me to make My Comeback to the WORLD!!!
Don't get me wrong I'm not like all negative and stuff as I know that there's a bright day after every dark night - so perseverance and persistence are key elements and anyway I wanna Live for better for worse I'll just constantly be Soldiering On and On like I do!!! I'll Speak Up When I need to - as I'm not afraid to take a Stand!!!
And I'm sick 2 Def of people equaloing me out condescending me with remarks and having a go at me, I'll have a go back!!!
