HELP! I need some advice

Well, the story is that: the other day i was sitting in the cafeteria by myself, there was this guy saying "Would u mind if i sit here?". I looked up and saw his gorgeous face! So I told him to go ahead. Then I asked him "You look familiar, have I seen u somewhere?" just to start a convo. After like 2 min, I g2g so I told him " I would like to talk to you sometimes, would u mind giving me ur number?". Then he gave me his number. I didn't txt him right after that, I actually texted him the day after, just a casual txt saying that the txt was so that he has my number. He said thank you. But he never texted me again!!! I'm a lil disappointed. He's just so cute. Should I txt him again? It's been 3 days since I texted him the 1st time. Thank you guys. I appreciate any help!
