Is there still a chance...? What should I do...?
There's this girl who is a good friend of mine who i'm absolutely head over heels in love with, I think about her all the time. I started liking her a few months ago, but atthe time i decided to do nothing, cos i never got the impression the feeling was mutual. So I did nothing, but one night i got really drunk and (unintentionally) spilled out my heart to her (more with actions), and she went all distant for ages. Now she says she's over it cos she's had some space, but i can tell we're not as close as we were, although still friends.
1. Is there any way she may in the future like me, or did the incident ruin any chances i may have had, even though she said she was over it (i can tell she isn't)????
2. if yes, what should i do???
3. if no what should i do???
Additional info:
I think she may know that i like her (but i'm not sure).
It really hurts.
I feel like i can't get too close cos she'll read it as me making a move.
Thankyou for your help, i'm very greatful. xx

Submitted by alabama on February 16, 2010 - 7:39am.Thanks Adren, but given what happened, if I go telling her i'm in love with her, even if i am sober, won't that make her feel uncomfortable again. It'll be a repeat of last time just without the alcohol. What do you think??
Dear Alabama.. the only way i
Submitted by Adren on February 15, 2010 - 7:39pm.Dear Alabama.. the only way i forsee her liking you in the future is with lots of time for her to REALLY get over it.. her telling you she's over it, however, is a good sign.. it means she likes you as a person and wants to keep you around in your life.. probably to see what comes of it later but no more dumb drunk moves or you will lose her forever.. the good news is that it's out there.. you made you "drunk" move but she definitely knows you like her, at least physically.. what you have to do now is show her you can be a real gentleman and woo her emotionally.. win her over with your charm.. treat her with respect and make her laugh.. don't be afraid to ask her to hang out with you, not go out with you.. too soon for that.. you should really talk to her about what happened, I know it's easier said than done.. but you should really get it all out in the open: how she feels about it and how you feel about her and why you did it.. you should tell her that you did it because you couldn't stand not being with her while being madly in love with her, but don't say "madly".. play it cool though.. good luck.
