so ive liked this guy for awhile now, and he likes my best friend, but hes trying to get over her. he knows that i like him, and he always trys telling me how he is trying to get over her. he hates the fact that my best firend wont like him because 'there to good of friend' and i dont know waht to do because i really like him and i dont have any compitition or anything because my friend has told me she will not like him at all other than a friend. so all i can do is wait until he gets over her. what should i do in the meantime?

If you start talking to other
Submitted by Jay on May 3, 2009 - 4:19pm.If you start talking to other people, or even dating other guys, he could realize that he's taking too long. Usually all it takes is a guy to see the girl he's interested in with another guy for him to realize he's loosing his chance.
You could also confront him more abruptly about it, tell him straight up-- "She doesn't like you. There's nothing to get over so you need to move on already. I'm not going to wait for you forever."
