Because usually, you see a movie together and during the movie you do not talk.
And again usually, after the movie you guys leave. Is there really a point to these movie dates? Or is the whole purpose just to spend time with each other?

i mean the purpose of dating is communicating with each other so that your relationship can grow. staring at a screen has no communication whatsoever, unless your one of the people who be "getting down" in the back of the theatre which is really gross and ignorant on your part.
I think movie dates are lame
Submitted by kalila910 on July 30, 2009 - 2:37pm.I think movie dates are lame if thats all you are doing. Go to dinner first or for a walk afterwards or something! But beware, the emotions you get from the movie tend to heighten your emotions toward the individual, so don't let that delude you!
