rape..a love story?

I truly want some responses on this one. I was absolutely enraged.
So like any girl, I attempt to watch Lifetime on the weekends to watch the stories they play;;its usually all the same, but this one weekend i was absolutely stunned and pissed off at the content of one movie
The girl was raped and the family was mad at her, but the grown to love her and the baby. So after the delivery, the man who raped her came to the hospital and brought her gifts and began to date her. She wasnt aware of who he was until he told her one night when he wanted to propose to her&&you what she did..they got married!!!
YOU HAVE TO BE KIDDING ME!!!
When has rape ever been a love story?? I cant believe that would do that, i mean lets be honest...i dont care what feelings i had for you before, if you were the one that hurt me, its over and your going to jail. Like how many agree??
Thats just common sense...I cant believe that they would prtray something as violent and painful as rape as just something that can turn into a love story.
